*****At any point in the day if a student needs a break, KIDS staff will help to get them a “brain break” to get the wiggles out******
Students will need to bring their own device if wanted nad may keep it in their KIDS cubby or may use one of out Chrome books. We have a small number of ChromeBooks at FECC but not enough for everyone, so please make sure if your child is more comfortable with their own device they bring it daily.
Students may bring backpacks now as opposed to earlier recommendations that they not. We are keeping them separated from each other.
Headphones/earbuds need to be brought daily as each child is not in the same class and students cannot hear well if there are a multitude of teachers talking.
KIDS kids must also bring a packed lunch daily if they do not want the free sack lunch provided by the school (menu to come), no refrigeration or heating needed, and a water bottle labeled with your students name and the date (daily).
Extra masks, we must wear masks in the building at all times besides eating (with the exception of prek students).
If a case of Covid-19 is documented in our building and we shut down for the 5-14 day period, credits will be made to your KIDS account for the days not used due to the shut down only.
Whew~! I think I covered everything, if you think of something else let me know and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me or the Community Education office at 668-3460.
Thank you and stay safe!
